Chiropractic is the largest drug free health care profession in the world, based primarily upon the interactions of the spine and nervous system. If the spine( or any other joint in your body) is "stuck" out of its normal alignment or range of motion, it will send abnormal signals to the brain. This abnormal signaling can cause chronic health problems. Chiropractic is a method of treatment which restores spinal alignment, range of motion and proper signaling from the body to the brain and the brain to the body.

Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy is 60 or 90 minutes in length. All sessions are fully integrative therapeutic massages. Modalities such as hot stones, warm towels, cupping or essential oils can be incorporated at no additional charge.

With 6 years of massage and bodywork experience, her passion for being a part of the healing journey for others comes from a background in competitive powerlifting, working with various sports teams at Clemson University as well as her own path of physical and energetic healing.
